This is it. Day one.

No easing in. No “I’ll start tomorrow.” Just a decision to commit—and follow through.

In this first episode, I’m kicking off the 75 Hard challenge, a mental discipline programme created by Andy Frisella. It’s simple on paper… but brutal in reality.

Two workouts a day (one outdoors), a strict diet, a gallon of water, reading, and a progress photo—every single day for 75 days. Miss one thing, and it’s back to day one.

I’m not just doing this for fitness.

This is about discipline.
 About cutting out excuses.
 About proving to myself that I can stick to something—especially when I don’t feel like it.

And I’m documenting the whole journey.

The good days, the bad days, the days I question why I even started… all of it.

Doing this while living onboard adds another layer—limited space, unpredictable routines, and real-life challenges that make this far from a controlled environment.

This isn’t a polished transformation story.

This is real.
