Day 3 of 75 Hard is in the books—and honestly, it’s not quite as tough as I expected… at least not yet.

In this episode, I recap Day 2, where everything got ticked off the list, including two solid workouts (with a windy-paced walk to finish the day). Then it’s into Day 3 with an early start and a welcome return to the bike.

Surprisingly, the routine of two workouts a day is starting to feel… enjoyable. That said, I’m under no illusions—it might be a very different story when real life and work come back into the mix.

I also talk about:

  •  Why increasing intensity (even on a walk) makes a difference 
  •  How water intake is becoming second nature (and waking me up at night!) 
  •  Jen kicking off her first day and getting straight into it at sunrise 

It’s early days, but so far the structure and discipline are doing exactly what they’re meant to do.
