Day 19 of the 75 Hard challenge and the routine is starting to lock in.

Up early again today — Jen hit the track for a run while I stayed back and pushed through a strength session using resistance bands and the iso bow… and I’ve got to say, the burn you get from it is unreal. Simple bit of kit, but it really delivers.
