75 Hard - Day 20 - and today was a big reminder that mindset is EVERYTHING.

It started with good intentions… and a snooze button that turned 5 minutes into nearly two hours. But instead of letting that derail the day, I got up, got on the bike, and got it done.
At first, I wasn’t feeling it at all. Legs were heavy, motivation was low—but one small change made all the difference. I switched up my route, and just like that, everything clicked.
