Today marks Day 25 of the 75 Hard challenge — officially one third of the way through.

In this episode I talk about changing up my workout routine after digging out my old Wing Chun rattan ring from my martial arts days. What started as a backup plan turned into one of the most enjoyable workouts I’ve had in a long time.
